How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
Carpets with high traffic should be cleaned every 6 months. Little to no traffic can be cleaned once a year to get rid of any dirt that has built up for that amount of time. If you have allergies, we recommend getting it cleaned sooner than 6 months and more often during the year. We suggest that you use our Yearly Subscription Program so you never have to worry about scheduling your service again.
What method do you use for carpet cleaning?
We use VLM carpet cleaning, also known as Very Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning. Our very low moisture carpet cleaning process releases less water unlike the conventional cleaning. It does not re-soil your carpets nor over wet them. It is more environment friendly. Since it is low moisture, our dying time is quicker.
Why do I have to seal my Tile & Grout?
Sealing your tile and grout protects it from stains, dirt, grime, water and any other contaminants that can damage it. When it is not sealed these contaminants can seep through causing it to crack and break at some point. By sealing it you are protecting your tile and grout from deterioration and prolonging its lifespan.
How long does it take for your carpet to dry after professional carpet cleaning?
We use Very Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning. The drying time is quick. Unlike conventional cleaning, you can get your carpets dry in less than 1 hour compared to the standard 24 - 36 hours.
How do you ensure customer satisfaction?
We will refund a customer 100% of their order if their carpets are not exceptionally cleaner once we are done with our cleaning process. We will also return to any customer's home within 31 days if any problems arise with their carpets after our cleaning. (This does not include new damage or stains)
