Our carpets look beautiful! Justin was prompt, efficient, and thorough. He cleaned a wool area rug which now looks brand new:) He also cleaned a large room with adjoining stairs and moved several large furniture pieces to clean behind them as well. He cleaned the carpeting on the stairs (part of the original bid) and did the landing at the top for no additional charge. The quote I received initially was reduced when I called back to make an appointment and Brooklyn was helpful in arranging a date/time that worked with our schedule. I would highly recommend this company and will contact them in the future when our carpets need cleaning again.
